Patê de Jacaré ( Pâté of Crocodile )

500g of alligator meat (Scrap)
15g salt
5 spoons (soup) of onion
3 spoons (soup) of garlic
4 spoons (soup) of oil
Pepper to taste
Mayonnaise to make the point.

Method of preparation:
Grind the meat of crododile, in a pan put the onion and garlic in oil for varnish then add the meat, salt and pepper so that you can braise, then let cool and ready to hit the blender with the mayonnaise until it forms a cream.
