Empadinha de Jacaré (Mini Pie of Crocodile )
500g of crocodile meta ( ponta de causa ou isca )
2 cups water
2 spoons (soup) oil
1 medium onion minced
2 garlic cloves, smashed
2 spoons (soup) of extract of tomato
Salt and pepper to taste
1 spoon (soup) of wheat flour
2 spoons (soup) of green odor stung
4 cups of wheat flour
1 ½ cup of butter cut into pieces
1 scoop (tea) of salt
4 eggs
2 slightly beaten egg yolks to paint

Method of preparation:
Braise until the meat of alligator at grilled. Pass by the processor and reserve.
