Churrasco de Jacaré (Barbecue of Crocodile )
 

Ingredients:
600g of the filet back of crocodile
Salt to taste
Oil
01 brush

Method of preparation:
Season the meat with salt and reserve. Place the spit, brush with olive oil and mild to hot. Put olive oil in a container and brush the meat several times until you get the point.
