Jacaré Grelhado à Pantanal ( Grilled Crocodile of Pantanal )

1 kg fillet of crocodile (tail, fillet)
1 onion, minced
½ cup of green pepper, red and yellow strips on
Broccoli cooked in steam
Cherry tomatoes
Shredded carrot
Black olives
3 spoons (soup) of oil
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:
Season the meat with onion and salt, bring to the plate grill with oil. Braise the carrots and broccoli in butter. Add the peppers, tomatoes cherry, the pineapple and serve with rice to the Greek.
