Jacaré ao Leite de Coco e Hortelã ( Crocodile of Coconut Milk and Mint )


500g of beef of caiman
(tail, back, filet mignon)
01 pinch of cayenne pepper
01 pinch of saffron
1 / 3 of packet of mint
01 glass of coconut milk
oil and salt to taste

Method of preparation:
The alligator season with salt and pepper. Gild the saffron, add the chopped alligator into strips and leave gold, and hot pot. Add the coconut milk and end of cooking add the mint at the end.
