Kibe de Jacaré ( Crocodile Kibbe )


1.5 kg of scraps ( Aparas)
03 onions little pinprick
03 garlic cloves, smashed
500g of wheat for kebab
01 pack of mint
½ cup of fresh curd

Method of preparation:
