Filé de Jacaré ao molho Mostarda ( Fillet of Crocodile in Mustard Sauce )

1kg fillet of crocodile
(tail, rib, back)
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoon of natural yoghurt
1 spoon (soup) of extra virgin olive oil
1 spoon (soup) of drained capers
Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:
Season the fillets of alligator and grid plates and hot w / butter or olive oil, reserve. In a bowl add the mustard, the yogurt, olive oil salt and pepper and mix well. Add the capers. Arrange the fillets with the sauce and regue.
