Jacaré Grelhado na Manteiga da Terra ( Crocodile Grilled in Butter )


Loin fillet of crocodile
Garlic, pepper and salt to taste.

Method of Preparation:
Season the meat with garlic, pepper and salt. Grill the fillets in hot plate and pan or, preferably iron. Grill with butter enough to not stick. The meat should be the point.
