Jacaré na Moranga ( Cocrodile in Pumpkin )


800 gs of fillet mignon of crocodile
04 tablespoon of olive oil
02 garlic cloves, squashed
01 onion minced
02 tablespoon of butter
05 seedless tomatoes minced
01 cans of cream of milk without serum
300 gs of cottage cheese ( cream )
01 Pumpkin Strawberry
Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:
Remove the lid of the pumpkin and remove seeds.
Wash and roll in aluminum foil, light the oven and trim for 45 minutes, reserve.
Cut the crocodile into strips and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Heat the butter and braise the point, reserve.
In a pan heat the olive oil and braise the onion, add the crushed tomatoes and salt, let cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the cream from milk.
Then add the crocodile braise, reserver.
Spread the cottage cheese into the pumpkin and add the sauce to the meat of the crocodile.
